We have worked in RPGII, RPGIII, RPGIV, OCL, and CL on IBM System/36 and AS/400 machines. We currently use Net.Data, JSP and PHP to make programs that run in a web browser and access AS/400 iSeries data. We also program PC Servers to access AS/400 data in real time. AS/400 data can be acessed using JDBC, ODBC or DDM. It depends on the combination of technologies that best fit the situation. RPG programming
